These are BDUs (Battle Dress Uniforms) you can use tiger stripe (as shown), woodland or green. Use whatever best suits the terrain you will be in. You can also use mechanics coveralls or aviator suits instead.
The next step is to cut up pieces of canvas to cover the chest, elbows and knees. These are the spots you are going to be crawling on and will help to keep these areas strong. I recommend not running right out and buying brand new BDUs because yo are going to be tearing them up. Buy some used ones form a surplus store and strengthen them up with canvas
If you want you can also place closed-cell foam in the knees and elbows for padding. After you have pre-cut the canvas apply Shoo-goo to the canvas and the BDUs. The press down hard to ensure a good, tight bond. After it has dried apply Shoo-goo to the edges with your fingers or a knife. Let it cure for a few days. Then use the spray paint to cover the glue o it doesn't reflect the light. Also use the paint to darken light canvas.
